About AI Skills Pack for Small Business Owners
The AI Skills Pack is for owners of small service and local businesses who use, or want to use, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. A blank chat gives you generic answers and sometimes invents prices or policies. These 12 skills do one job each, the same way every week, using the facts in your own business profile.
You fill in one Business Profile (services, prices, towns, policies, tone) and install the skills: 12 ZIPs you upload to Claude, or the same instructions as plain text for a ChatGPT Project or Gemini Gems. Then you ask in plain words. Each skill asks about anything important that's missing instead of guessing, shows its math, and ends every draft with a short "Check before sending" list. Nothing is ever sent for you.

Which apps does it work with?
Claude (skills upload, on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans with code execution turned on), ChatGPT (Projects, or paste into any chat) and Gemini (Gems). Tested with Claude; ChatGPT and Gemini use the same instruction text, so run the test sheet once in your app.
Do I need a paid AI plan?
No. Claude skills are on the free plan, and you can paste any skill into any chat. A ChatGPT free project holds 5 files (your profile plus 4 skills). Plans were checked on 11 Oct 2026.
Is my business data safe?
The skills never ask for card numbers, passwords or private customer details, and the safety page lists what never to paste and the privacy settings to check in each app. Your data is handled under each app's own terms.
Will it write reviews or post for me?
No. It never writes reviews (that breaks the FTC rule) and never sends, posts or books anything. You check and send every draft.
Is it only for cleaning businesses?
No. The examples use a fictional cleaning company, but the skills work for any small service or local business; your profile supplies your trade.
What if the apps change?
Menus change often. The guide links each app's help page, and we update the pack when steps change. Download the latest version from your Gumroad library.
Is OwnerKits connected to Anthropic, OpenAI or Google?
No. The app names only describe compatibility.
