Refund Policy

If a product isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

1. Email support@ownerkits.com from, or mentioning, the email address you used at checkout.
2. Tell us which product. A reason helps us improve but is not required.
3. We process the refund through our checkout partner (Gumroad). It usually reaches your account within a few business days, depending on your bank.

When a purchase is refunded, its license is deactivated. For products with software, your business data stays on your device: you can still view, export and back it up.
