What exactly do I get?

One ZIP with 23 files: 8 review card designs and 2 door hangers (print PDFs and editable PowerPoint), a 31-page playbook and 48 scripts and replies (PDF and editable Word, plus a TXT of the scripts), the review tracker and a filled-in example (Excel), 8 social posts (PNG, proof PDF and PowerPoint), a START HERE page and a license file.

Do the cards include my QR code?

You add it. On a computer, your Business Profile gives you a review link and a QR code (Read reviews, then Get more reviews). The playbook shows the steps, and each card has a marked box where you paste it in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote or Canva.

Do I need Canva or a design app?

No. The cards, door hangers and posts are PowerPoint files that open in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote, and can be imported into Canva. Print at home on card stock or order standard business cards from any print shop.

Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?

Yes, Google allows businesses to ask for honest reviews and share a review link or QR code. It bans incentives, asking only happy customers, staff review quotas and asking for reviews that name staff. The playbook explains the rules, checked October 20, 2026, with links. It is not legal advice.

Which trades is it for?

Does the tracker work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. It has no macros.
