This license explains how you may use The Complete Cleaning Business Starter Kit (the "Kit"). By downloading or using the Kit, you agree to these terms.

1. Who This License Covers

This license is granted to the person or business that bought the Kit (the "buyer") for use in ONE business (the "licensed business").

One business means one company or trading name. If that business has more than one location or branch, all of its locations are covered.
The owners, employees, cleaners, and team members of the licensed business may use the Kit, but only for work inside that business.
If you own or run a second, separate business, you need a separate license for it.

2. What You May Do

You may:

Edit any file in the Kit: change the wording, layout, colors, prices, and services.
Rebrand the templates with your own business name, logo, and contact details.
Print the files as many times as you need for your business.
Use the forms, quotes, invoices, receipts, checklists, and procedures with your own customers and team.
Send the message templates to your own customers, after editing them to fit your business.
Use the marketing copy, social media posts, and ad copy in your own business's marketing.
Keep backup copies of the Kit for your own use.

3. What You May Not Do

You may not:

Resell the Kit or any part of it, whether edited or unedited.
Share, give away, lend, or distribute the Kit or its files to anyone outside the licensed business.
Sublicense, rent, or transfer your rights under this license to anyone else.
Upload the Kit or any of its files to template marketplaces, file-sharing sites, public shared drives, or any website where others can download them.
Include the Kit, or any part of it, in a product, bundle, course, membership, coaching program, or service that you sell or give away to others.
Claim that you created or wrote the Kit or its contents.
Use the Kit's content, structure, or files to create a competing product, such as another template kit, guide, or course for cleaning businesses.

Documents you complete for your own customers (for example, a filled-in quote or invoice) are fine to send to those customers. Blank templates are not.

4. Ownership

Owner Kits keeps all copyright and ownership of the Kit. You are buying a license to use it, not the rights to the content itself. Edited versions you make for your business are still covered by this license and its limits.

5. Provided "As Is"

The Kit is provided "as is," without any warranty that it is complete, error-free, or suitable for your particular business. Owner Kits is not responsible for any loss, damage, or claim that results from using the Kit.

The Kit contains examples, templates, and general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, or safety advice. Example numbers are examples only, not recommendations or predictions of results.

You are responsible for:

Checking and following the legal, tax, licensing, insurance, employment, and safety requirements that apply to your business where you operate.
Reviewing every template, message, form, and policy before you use it, and adapting it to your business and local rules.
Following the manufacturer's label and Safety Data Sheet for every cleaning product you use.

Get advice from a qualified professional (such as an attorney, accountant, or insurance agent) where needed.

6. Updates

If Owner Kits releases updated versions of the Kit, those updates are covered by this same license.

7. Ending This License

If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using the Kit and delete your copies.
