A per-unit price list is built from the same settings for quick phone quotes. Every price in the kit is an example; you replace it with your own costs and measured minutes.

Per window unit. You count each opening as one of six types (Standard, French / Multi-Pane, Picture, Sliding Glass Door, Small / Accent, Skylight) on each story and side. The Quick Start Guide also explains the per-pane method some operators use, so you can see the difference.
No. It shows you how to work out your own prices. The calculators use your labor cost, equipment, supplies, vehicle cost, overhead, target margin and your own measured minutes per window type. Every price in the kit is an example built from example costs, clearly labeled, for you to replace.
Yes. There is a Storefront Route Calculator that prices a stop by panels, doors and frequency (Weekly, Every Two Weeks, Monthly), a chapter on building a route, a storefront SOP and checklist, a service agreement starter and monthly statements.
No. The kit's scope ends at the 3rd story: work you can do from the ground, from a ladder set up exactly as its labels say, or with a water-fed pole from the ground. Rope access, lifts, scaffolds, roof walking and work near overhead power lines go on your refer-out list.
It gives operational checklists (inspect, set up per the label, check overhead, communicate, stop if unsafe), a weather go / no-go rule and a refer-out list. It does not replace the ladder's labels, the equipment manual or recognized safety training, and it points you to them.
The kit teaches an assessment first, with a test section, photos and a written result, and it explains the three things cleaning cannot fix: failed seals, etched glass and existing scratches. It includes the condition record and acknowledgment forms to put this on paper before you start.

Yes, once it has loaded on your device and your license is activated. You need internet to activate the first time, to receive updates and for an occasional license re-check.
On your device, in your browser's storage. Your customers, invoices and numbers are not uploaded to OwnerKits. The app only contacts the license server to check your license.
Restore your latest backup file on the new device and carry on. Anything entered after your last backup can't be recovered, so back up every week and keep the file somewhere other than that device.
