If you cancel

Questions about OwnerKits Pro

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. After that the app becomes read-only: your records stay on your devices and you can still view, export and back them up. Files you already downloaded stay yours.

How do I cancel or switch between monthly and yearly?

From your Gumroad library (gumroad.com/library), where you can manage the membership.

I already bought a kit. Does anything change?

No. One-time purchases keep working exactly as before. Pro is optional.

How many businesses and devices?

One business, on up to 5 devices, with end-to-end encrypted sync between them.

Are the puzzle books included?

No. Pro covers the business kits, template packs and guides sold on ownerkits.com. The puzzle books are sold on OwnerKits Play.

What if a payment fails?

The same as when a membership ends: the app becomes read-only (your records stay on your devices, and you can view, export and back them up anytime), new downloads stop, and files you already downloaded stay yours. You can renew on this page at any time.

Can I get a refund?

The same refund policy applies as for every OwnerKits product: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@ownerkits.com. When a purchase is refunded, its license is deactivated.
